Teach Abroad Film Festival: Lan-Dinh Ngo - Mentoring Future Leaders of Character

ITA alumna Lan-Dinh Ngo teaches English in Vietnam and won an honorable mention for the International TEFL Academy 2019 Teach Abroad Film Festival.

Get to know Lan-Dinh more: Lan-Dinh was born in Vietnam and was raised in Massachusetts. She enlisted in the army when she was 17, but graduated from the United States Military Academy where she was commissioned as a Military Intelligence Officer upon graduation. After her service, she worked as a Senior VP at Bank of America for over 17 years. Now retired, she moved to Vietnam to give back to the local community. In December, she completed her TEFL certification and was fortunate enough to find an immediate opportunity in Hanoi. She has found a second career that is both fulfilling and impactful.
