International TEFL Academy and InFlorence Academy have come together and developed special packages for interested teachers to get a student visa, take language courses OR other courses, and live in Florence, Italy.

InFlorence Academy - Italian Student Visa
.

What is a student visa?

A student visa allows Americans & other non-E.U. citizens to live legally & teach English in Italy while taking part-time classes in Italian language & culture.

Why should I consider a student visa to teach English in Italy?

Student visas allow English teachers to legally live, travel and teach English in Florence, Italy for up to 20 hours per week, but they also provide you the opportunity to learn the local language!

Which student visa program option is right for me?

The options outlined below are for teachers who wish to obtain a student visa in Italy. Student visas allow English teachers to live, travel and teach English in Florence for up to 20 hours per week. Florence is the home of art (hello birth of the Renaissance!), culture and food. It is a much smaller teaching market than Rome, meaning there are fewer options to teach in schools in Florence. There are possibilities to teach in language institutes in the surrounding suburbs of Florence. However, this opportunity is ideal for those who would like to private tutor one-on-one or teach English online, while studying the Italian language, cinema, and more while living in the heart of Florence.

The student visa is valid for up to one year with the option to renew in Italy. The school is surrounded by world-famous sights, the coziest of cafés and most intriguing of markets. Crossing the Ponte Vecchio to get your daily dose of Italian gelato and espresso will be just one of the many things you will do while experiencing Florence’s artistic ambiance. Anyone interested in either of these programs should apply, pay their deposits, and start the process at least 3 months in advance of when you want to be in Italy.
